Hannah Partington

Hannah has over 15 years of experience in the property industry, having undertaken both consultancy and valuation work for most of her career.

Hannah specialises in residential consultancy, viability assessments and valuation of residential investment assets and development land.

She also has considerable private and public sector experience having acted for numerous Local Authorities, Higher Education providers, and Central Government departments, as well as major lending institutions, and national/regional volume housebuilders.

At VAS, Hannah serves as Valuation Technical Director, where she oversees the auditing of valuation reports and provides technical support to the VAS team. She brings expertise in valuation, offering strategic guidance and quality assurance.

Before joining VAS, Hannah held the role of Lead Director at JLL, leading the Residential Value & Risk Advisory team for Yorkshire and the North East.
