David Birch

David is an experienced Chartered Surveyor with nearly forty years of experience in the private and corporate environments. He has extensive knowledge in the residential, commercial and surveying environments, either as a valuer/surveyor, auditor or risk manager having previously worked for C&G/LloydsTSB. He has also held senior positions within private valuation firms focusing on valuation consultancy.

David also worked at the RICS as a regulatory surveyor.
