Ian embraces a T-shaped approach to leadership—combining deep expertise in key areas like cloud based application development, security, and data strategy with broad knowledge across diverse business functions. Under Ian’s guidance, the company has achieved notable milestones, including the launch of a lender API, attaining Cyber Essentials Plus certification, and designing a new data and reporting strategy tailored to the needs of key stakeholders.
