Andrew Murdoch BSc MRICS FNARA

Andrew is a Chartered Surveyor, RICS registered Valuer and RICS Registered Property Receiver with close to 20 years’ experience. He has held senior positions at several leading firms as well as being Head of Valuation at one of the UK’s most prominent specialist lenders. Having also undertaken year long secondments with two of the UK’s major High Street banks, Andrew is uniquely placed to understand credit risk and lenders’ requirements, but also has in depth knowledge of property valuation and the wider surveying industry.
